CONFIGURABLE LINEAR MOTION COMPONENT
Linear motion projects frequently fail at the interface between the screw or module and the drive. We treat the motor flange, shaft diameters, coupling, speed, torque and control method as one interface package. The supplied motor imagery is used here only as an example of available drive-integration resources, not as a fixed specification.
Selection data
| Axis interface | Ball screw, lead screw or integrated module |
|---|---|
| Motor type | AC induction, variable-frequency, stepper or servo interface by application |
| Mounting flange | Match motor and driven-axis pilot / bolt pattern |
| Coupling | Select bore, torque, speed and misalignment capability |
| Electrical data | Voltage, frequency, power and control method must come from the required motor/nameplate |
| Brake / feedback | Project-specific |
Engineering note: Values shown as reference classes describe common market terminology, not a guaranteed stock list. Final dimensions, load ratings, accuracy/preload and interchangeability are confirmed against the application or drawing.
When this configuration fits
Use when a customer wants a coordinated motor, coupling, bracket or mounting interface with a screw-driven axis or linear module.
What to send with your RFQ
Axis model/drawing, motor model or electrical target, shaft sizes, flange dimensions, required speed/torque, brake/encoder needs, controller/VFD constraints and duty cycle.
