CONFIGURABLE LINEAR MOTION COMPONENT
Belt-driven modules are often considered for longer travel and faster movement where the accuracy, stiffness and thrust requirements fit a belt architecture. Belt tension, pulley sizing and duty cycle matter as much as stroke length.
Selection data
| Drive | Timing belt |
|---|---|
| Guidance | Integrated linear guide |
| Stroke | Project-specific |
| Speed / acceleration | Project-specific |
| Payload / moment | Select from load case and orientation |
| Motor interface | Stepper, servo or custom flange by project |
| Belt / pulley details | Application-specific |
Engineering note: Values shown as reference classes describe common market terminology, not a guaranteed stock list. Final dimensions, load ratings, accuracy/preload and interchangeability are confirmed against the application or drawing.
When this configuration fits
Choose this family for transfer, gantry, packaging and material-handling axes where long travel and dynamic motion are priorities and a ball screw is not the best fit.
What to send with your RFQ
