Start with the assembly, then zoom in
Photograph how the part mounts before removing it. Then capture labels, hole patterns, shafts, shoulders, ports or grease fittings and adjacent components.
Measure interfaces, not cosmetic features
Prioritize rail width, bolt centers, carriage dimensions, shaft diameters, screw lead, nut flange pattern, end journals and center heights – the geometry that controls interchangeability.
Record function and operating condition
Tell us what moves, the stroke, load, speed, mounting orientation and environment. This helps distinguish a true replacement from a visually similar component.
Mark uncertain dimensions
If a value is hard to measure, mark it as approximate instead of presenting it as exact. A clearly identified uncertainty is easier to resolve than a false precision.
Turn the selection into an RFQ
Send your drawing, existing reference and operating data to satış@linearmotion.top. We will confirm the fields that must match before quotation.
